Purchasing and Production Mana, (Saint Anselm College)

About the role

An energetic and optimistic team member to oversee the account’s purchasing department, ensuring budgets and schedules meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, quote, and purchase items/supplies to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the entire team to run the business profitably while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure products and costs align with business goals.
• Document and implement corrective action plans for performance levels below standard.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment for all departments.
• Serve as the location’s Manager-on-Duty as needed.
• Oversee the account’s work order needs and follow up with the facilities team.
• Conduct weekly PAM (Purchase Accountability Monitor) meetings.
• Manage weekly inventory at Davison Dining Hall.

Additional Requirements

• Work catered events, including yearly recurring events requiring all hands on deck (positions may vary, including serving or assisting in the kitchen).
• Assist in the dish room as needed.
• Support stations in the dining hall as needed.
• Full-time/non-academic team members must help with any and all positions during summer months to secure employment (e.g., utility, serving, kitchen, catering, large cleaning projects).
• Complete trainings in ADP as assigned.
