Key Responsibilities

• Aid in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records
• Support inventory tracking and stock level monitoring for all hotel departments
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Participate in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Absorb and maintain organized filing systems for invoices and contracts
• Contribute to budget monitoring and cost control initiatives
• Learn and apply Dijiwa's service standards in all internal and external interactions
• Contribute to sustainable sourcing practices aligned with our eco-conscious values
