Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in HVAC/R, electrical, and/or plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as HVACR, OSHA, or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
