Purchasing Analyst

About the role

As the primary contact for Builder purchasing teams and a key partner to the VP of Purchasing, you’ll help launch and scale this program from the ground up. You’ll develop the tools and processes needed to drive efficiency, manage financial incentives, and serve as the day-to-day liaison for Builders and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rebate, discount, and incentive process and payments with Builders and Suppliers for the Purchasing Program
• Collaborate with Higharc Product and Procure teams to facilitate programming and automation
• Collect and analyze Builder cost information and supplier program proposals to support Purchasing Sourcing events
• Build scalable processes and templates to rapidly expand the program’s impact
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Builders, helping them unlock the value of the Purchasing Program
• Handle ongoing communication with Builders and Suppliers regarding rebates, discounts, and incentives

Requirements

• 5+ years of data management and financial analysis experience
• Construction industry experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to make thoughtful, analytical decisions independently
• Process-driven mindset—focused on both current execution and future scalability
• Strong financial analysis, technical aptitude, and project management skills
