Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! The Procurement Analyst will provide support to the Procurement team by assisting with reporting, administrative duties, and procuring. Responsibilities Spend data analyticsCategory market researchSupports Strategic Sourcing process activitiesBusiness Continuity planning and trackingSupports Financial budgeting processIdentify Tail Spend opportunitiesSupports and tracks key Supplier performance metrics and contractual commitments (rebates, productivity, equipment amortization, etc.)Supports the collection of quality specifications and documentsPricing: Validation of price change requests according to contract stipulations. Supports contract price entry and updates in the system. Invoice kick-out and price discrepancy resolutionManage activities related to loading new Suppliers into the SystemCross-Functional interaction with R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Planning and Accounts Payable Experience, Skills, Education Bachelor's Degree required2-3 years relevant procurement or supply chain experience required. Co-Op or internship experience in procurement will be considered in lieu of experienceProven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementations requiredMust be a self-starter, who is proactive and takes advantage of opportunities, without being askedMust possess capability to set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, and identify or allocate resources appropriatelyMust possess a strong work ethicExcellent presentation and communication skills neededMust be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Compensation Hiring Pay Range: $58,575.00 - $78,100.00 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
