Responsibilities

• Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance)
• Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications
• Ensure contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training)
• Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
• Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents
• Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies
• Cross-train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs

Requirements

• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Excellent process management and organization skills
• Open communication and collaboration skills
• BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred
• Experience in Residential Construction preferred
• Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams), and related applications preferred
