Skill Requirements

  • Pre-qualify subcontractors
  • Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices
  • Maintain and update current budgets
  • Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases
  • Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review
  • Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage bidding processes for new projects
  • Keep track of scope of work and design changes
  • Set up and monitor option costs and sales prices
  • Update and maintain budgets
  • Review and approve price increases
  • Analyze direct costs and variances
  • Execute project start-ups and finalize cost proofs
