Skill Requirements
- Solicit bids
- Pre-qualify subcontractors
- Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices
- Maintain and update current budgets
- Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases
- Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review
- Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage bidding processes for new projects
- Keep track of scope of work and design changes
- Set up and monitor option costs and sales prices
- Update and maintain budgets
- Review and approve price increases
- Analyze direct costs and variances
- Execute project start-ups and finalize cost proofs
