Punch Press Operator- Second Shift

Second Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-1:00 AM Friday 2:30 PM-12:00 AM off every other Friday Join our fabrication team and help us produce quality metal parts that our customers depend on! We're looking for a detail-oriented Punch Press Operator to set up and run punch press equipment, producing precision metal parts to spec, on schedule, and with safety front of mind. If you have mechanical aptitude, a sharp eye for quality, and take pride in doing things right, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up and operate punch press equipment based on job requirements, programs, and tooling specs Load and position materials accurately for production runs Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain part quality Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using standard measuring tools Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions Identify and report non-conforming parts to supervision or Quality Maintain organized, safe work areas following 5S standards Coordinate with deburr, forming, and other downstream operations Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous Punch Press Or Fabrication Experience Preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Comfort with measuring tools and basic inspection techniques Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment Manual dexterity for handling parts, tools, and documentation Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs occasionally This is a designated safety-sensitive position Why Join Us This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys a hands-on environment, and wants to grow their skills in fabrication and manufacturing.
