Punch Press Operator Metal Stamping 2nd and 3rd shifts

Pay

Starting at $19.00 per hour. 2nd Shift Premium = $21.85 per hour. 3rd Shift Premium = $20.90 per hour. Higher starting pay available based on experience.

Schedule

Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and operate punch press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and run presses to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final quality inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production routings.
• Use measuring and inspection equipment accurately.
• Maintain production standards while following all safety and workmanship procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience operating 30‑ to 100‑ton open‑back punch single‑die manual presses preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
• Ability to utilize measuring and inspection equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lb and perform physical job duties.
• Ability to pass a post‑offer background check, drug test, and physical.
