Pump Truck/Utility Driver (Peninsula) No CDL Required

About the role

Spivey Services is a leading provider of traffic safety and sanitation solutions in Virginia, offering traffic control, equipment rentals, and portable sanitation services—including restroom/shower trailers, hand‑wash stations, and toilet accessories.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing of portable sanitation units, including pumping, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Safely transport and set up portable toilets at designated locations; retrieve units upon completion of service.
• Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate a forklift to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to support career growth from entry‑level roles to long‑term opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with “0 or Plus” DMV driving points.
• Minimum of 2 years experience driving larger trucks (18′ to 24′) – non‑CDL.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Self‑starter, task‑oriented, and reliable.
