Responsibilities
- Assist with treatments ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
Previous CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Schedule
36 hours a week | Evening shift, 3 PM – 11 PM | Every other Sunday and holiday | One week with 5 days in a row and one week with 4 days
