Equipment Maintenance Tech

Primary Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and completed work within the maintenance database/CMMS.
• Own and perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment and facilities in accordance with established PM schedules and methods.
• Continuously improve PM effectiveness and documentation.
• Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends and holidays required).
• Properly identify parts and supplies needed to support repairs and upgrades of equipment.
• Obtain quotes and order parts from suppliers.
• Assist engineers and factory managers with installation and relocation of process equipment.
• Aid in performing production line safety reviews and equipment reliability qualifications.
• Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and resulting upgrades of new and existing process equipment.
• Follow established safety and change management processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of relevant maintenance experience (five preferred).
• Basic computer/database proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Soldering is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

• Work Schedule: Four-day workweek with one six-hour Friday coverage shift approximately once per month.
• Export Control Requirement: Due to U.S. Government contract requirements applicable to this position, only U.S. citizens are eligible for employment.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46 - 43.56.
