About the role
The Pump Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of pumps in industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose pump malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace worn parts of pumps.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in pump repair or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for pump repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Knowledge of pump systems and components.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
