Pulmonology & Sleep Disorder Clinic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
About the role
This position will be providing both inpatient care with our pulmonary consult service and CCU, and also outpatient care in our busy pulmonary and sleep clinic. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based.
Clinic Hours
General Schedule 1 Week in Hospital alternating with 3 weeks in Clinic
No call, no nights, no weekends
Inpatient duties includes Pulmonary consults and occasional coverage in 30-bed mixed med/surg ICU
Average # of Patients Seen Per Day
Average # of patients seen per day in Pulmonary-Sleep clinic: 15-16
Support Staff
Support Staff includes: 7 MA’s, 3 PAA’s, 2 procedure coordinators
Providers
Providers: 7 MD ’s (2 Pulmonary, 5 Pulmonary/Sleep) .); 3 APP’s
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Minimum one-year Pulmonary experience with preference for both Pulmonary and Sleep Disorders
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience diagnosing and managing sleep disorders
Multiple years’ experience in Pulmonology
Benefits
Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
