About the role
The APP will provide comprehensive care for patients with pulmonary and sleep-related conditions, including asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea. Responsibilities include evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, and implementing a treatment plan in collaboration with the physician.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and management of patients with pulmonary and sleep-related conditions
- Follow-up care as needed
- Medication management
- Implementing a treatment plan in collaboration with the physician
- EMR chart management using eClinicalWorks
Requirements
- Appropriate and applicable licensure, education, and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Two (2) years post-graduation experience required
- PREFERRED SPECIALTIES: Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, or Internal Medicine
