Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor, and document care accurately and timely.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse effects.
• Respond to patient requests proactively, ensuring exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year RN experience; hospital nursing preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN); BSN preferred.
• Valid RN licensure and BLS certification; national certification in specialty preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical providers and team members.
