About the role

The Public Works Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the public works department, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair of city infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of city infrastructure

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to address community needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public works management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications
