Under the general direction of the Program and Project Supervisor for the Safety Culture Branch, the incumbent will complete assignments of medium to high complexity and difficulty. The incumbent will conduct the statutorily required safety culture assessments, executive compensation structure evaluations, and certification reviews, as well as supporting other Division workstreams as needed. Occasional travel may be required. A Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst III (PURA III) will also be considered for recruitment purposes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct statutorily required safety culture assessments

- Knowledge and understanding of safety culture, organizational culture, human and organizational factors, and safety operations
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: utility grid operations, emergency management, risk analysis, forecasting, economics, finance
- Good collaborator, negotiator, and relationship builder
