Essential Duties
- Coincides and conducts reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures: authorizes approvals and develops recommendations or improvements.
- Provides technical assistance on program requirements to government agencies, transit providers, community organizations and the general public.
- Administers public transportation funds and related programs.
- Collaborates with program staff to provide technical assistance on program requirements to government agencies, transit providers, community organizations and the general public.
- Collaborates with program staff to conduct reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, laws, regulations, policies and procedures; assists in approvals and developing recommendations for improvements.
- Conducts project management oversight and compliance monitoring of grant sub recipients within assigned areas of the state.
- Verifies receipt and monitors sub recipients' procurements for compliance with contract ad policy standards.
- Conducts quarterly and annual compliance reviews.
- Maintains oversight of payments, procedures and/or projects including site visits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration or an accounting related field.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis.
- Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications Experience: 5 years experience in contract/grant/funding administration, planning, budgeting and/or working with state and federal funding.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
