About the role
Advising public bodies on issues relating to redevelopment, public contracting, procurement, affordable housing, and public finance, as well as guiding redevelopment projects involving contract negotiation, land use, tax incentives, and structured financing.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Substantial experience in municipal and/or redevelopment law
- Excellent drafting skills
- Outstanding analytical ability, including an interest in public finance
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, significant responsibility, and regular engagement with clients and meetings
