About the role
Responsible for providing educational support services to students at Sanford Pride Elementary School. Conducts assessments, develops intervention plans, and collaborates with teachers and families to improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessments to identify learning needs of students
- Develops and implements individualized education plans
- Collaborates with teachers and families to implement intervention strategies
- Provides direct instruction and support to students
- Maintains accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching license or ability to obtain within one year
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational assessment tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$40,000 - $45,000 annually
