About the role

Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting at MSAD11 elementary, middle, and high schools in Randolph. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This is a year-round, full-time salaried position available to start immediately or in August 2026.

Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training in evidence-based treatment modalities is provided. A generous allowance is available for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
  • Provide individual and family therapy.
  • Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and networking.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC); fully licensed strongly preferred.
  • Current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
