The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
• Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
• Automatically collect and process personal data about users and devices interacting with the Services.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of web development and user interface design.
• Experience with analytics and data management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development or data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
