Job Description Find your calling at Mercy! Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercys coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention. Position Details: Minimum Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma 18 years of age or older Licensure: Valid State drivers license Valid local, state or federal Public Safety/Security licensure as required (within 90 days of hire) Certification/Registration: Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (May be done as part of licensure) Officers in areas where there isn’t a licensing body, Completed IAHSS Basic. Other Skills And Knowledge: Ability to read and write the English language Education: Preferred Qualifications College degree Licensure: Valid local, state or federal Public Safety/Security licensure as required. Experience: Previous Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience Why Mercy?
