This is a full-time position with responsibilities including, but not limited to, receiving emergency and non-emergency phone calls and dispatching appropriate responses for Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services. Additional duties include clerical tasks, support services, and other related responsibilities. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills are required.The ability to work under stressful conditions is necessary.Experience is preferred, but new applicants will be considered. Shift Schedule: Midnight – 8:00 AM8:00 AM – 4:00 PM4:00 PM – Midnight Compensation: $ 27.7269 hour at Step 0. The full pay ranges from $27.7269 - $35.2538 per hour, with step increases outlined in the union agreement.
