Carepool is seeking a PR professional with experience in the Twin Cities. Our story of acquiring a competitor and expanding in the area needs to be heard! If you have some media connections in the area and are passionate about helping older adults and people with disabilities, this position could be great for you. Help us draft press releases and contact local media outlets who are covering a ton of transportation right now with Uber and Lyft leaving!

Requirements

• Experience in PR
• Knowledge of Twin Cities media landscape
• Passion for serving older adults and people with disabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong writing and communication skills

Skills

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts
• Understanding of current transportation trends
