About the role

The Public Relations & Influencer Seeding Manager will lead Dairy Boy's gifting and influencer seeding strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Creative Director.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Dairy Boy's gifting and seeding strategy from concept to send-out, ensuring every package feels thoughtful, memorable, and aligned with the brand
  • Build and manage a tiered network of creators, VIPs, editors, tastemakers, and brand-aligned talent
  • Identify new influencer, affiliate, and PR opportunities that expand awareness while protecting the integrity and distinctiveness of the brand
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, partners, and external contacts — keeping communication warm, polished, personal, and consistent
  • Curate outreach lists and mailing strategies for launches, seasonal sends, events, and founder or brand moments
  • Manage product seeding with precision, ensuring the right styles, sizing, assortments, and context reach the right people at the right time
  • Lead affiliate and creator platform management, including ShopMy, link tracking, reporting, partner communication, and optimization
  • Support PR outreach and brand visibility opportunities across relevant media, tastemaker, and community channels
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and operations to ensure sends are timely, strategic, and aligned with broader business priorities
  • Track performance and learnings across seeding, affiliate, and influencer efforts to help inform future strategy
  • Support our Social Media Content Specialist with an always-on UGC content program that strategically amplifies consumer-driven creative across owned channels — creators and content must feel brand-aligned

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, brand partnerships, or communications — ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or a relevant agency

Strong taste and a clear point of view, with a sharp instinct for who feels right for the brand

A natural relationship builder who knows how to nurture loyalty, build trust, and create long-term brand advocates

Deep familiarity with the creator, VIP, editor, and tastemaker landscape, including both established names and emerging voices

Experience with affiliate and creator tools such as ShopMy, LTK, or similar platforms

Strong written communication skills and a polished, brand-aware approach to outreach

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines, lists, relationships, and sends without losing the details

A proactive, resourceful mindset with equal comfort thinking strategically and executing day to day

Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, heritage, and cultural relevance, with a feel for how to make a brand feel both aspirational and genuinely lived-in

An instinct for relationship building that feels human, warm, and direct — not overly polished or performative

Qualifications

Dairy Boy is scaling quickly, and this role is an opportunity to shape how the brand expands through product placement, partnerships, and relationships.

You'll have direct visibility into senior leadership, meaningful creative input, and the chance to help build a network of people who not only know the brand but genuinely want to be associated with its world.

This is a full-time, in-person role based between Westport, CT and Manhattan, with remote work on Fridays.
