About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness and public sentiment.
- Affiliate in planning and coordinating promotional events, press conferences, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Respond promptly to media inquiries and provide accurate information to maintain the organization's reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media and internal teams.
