About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address impediments
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure code quality and adhere to coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure automated testing and continuous integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
Qualifications
