About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address impediments
  • Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Ensure code quality and adhere to coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure automated testing and continuous integration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

Qualifications

  • Passion for software development and a commitment to delivering high-quality products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
  • Experience with DevOps principles and practices
