Responsibilities

• Represent the company during promotional events and community activities.
• Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services.
• Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Distribute promotional materials and support customer engagement activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
• Assist with community outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.
