About the role

The Public Records and Communications Support Analyst works with the Business Operations Coordinator to track and complete various projects related to public records requests. Additionally, this role plays a vital part in keeping families, staff, and the community informed by assisting the Director of Communications and communications team with communications projects and strategies, including creating digital content, crafting and distributing messages, and supporting district events and initiatives.

Schedule

  • 8 hours a day
  • 260 day calendar
  • Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
  • FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Pay

Hourly Rate: $45.02 per hour (2026-2027 Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule, effective Sept. 1, 2026)

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in related field or its equivalent
  • One to three (1-3) years of relevant work experience in communications, paralegal and/or public records support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (four or more years) in business, communications, or public administration
  • Knowledge of Skyward/Qmlativ information systems
