About the role

Provide community-based care in Woodburn, OR, focusing on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn assessments, health education, and care planning.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and evaluate client needs through screenings and assessments. Conduct office and home visits, maintaining detailed documentation per guidelines.

Mentor students and new staff, ensuring quality clinical practices.

Qualifications

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Experience in parent-child nursing preferred
