Position Overview: Provide resident-centered nursing care in a 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care and administer medicationsConduct assessments, document findings, and contribute to care planningImplement infection control protocols and support treatments and emergency procedures Qualifications & Skills: Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and documentationKnowledge of infection control practices and emergency responseStrong communication and caregiving skills Additional Details: Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, including shifts that may include every other weekend and some holidays.
