We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about SunCrest Home Health etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse content: The posting includes: - Intro: "Explore opportunities with SunCrest Home Health, a part of LHC Group... Find a home for your career here. Join us and embrace a culture of Caring. Connecting. Growing together." This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is generic; but we can treat as "About the role". It's substantive. - Primary Responsibilities: list of duties. - Then: "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance..." maybe part of Benefits? Could be about development. - Required Qualifications: list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Skills: maybe from preferred qualifications: communication, writing, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, flexible hours. - Pay: detailed pay info: $49,151 - $73,726 annual total cash target pay, $23.63 - $35.45 per visit point, $28.36 - $42.53 hourly rate, explanation. - Benefits: "In addition to your pay, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Also earlier: "you'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance..." but we can include benefits. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned except "Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs". That's more a skill/requirement. No explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. The posting mentions full-time employment assumption for pay. But schedule not given explicitly. So we should not create Schedule section unless there is real specific content. There's mention of flexible hours, but that's more a skill. Could we put under Skills? Probably. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug test, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can format into HTML. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus: - About the role: prose paragraph(s) from intro. - Responsibilities:

    • each bullet from "Primary Responsibilities". The bullet list includes multiple sentences separated by line breaks? We'll split each sentence as a list item. - Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We need to decide what goes where. "Required Qualifications" likely under Requirements or Qualifications. The heading "Qualifications" could be for both required and preferred? But we also have "Requirements". Might be ambiguous. Usually "Requirements" = required qualifications. "Qualifications" = preferred qualifications? Or "Skills" = skills. We need to follow instruction: Use those headings only if posting has real specific content for it. So we need to see if we have content for each. We have: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: we have Required Qualifications (current LPN licensure, driver's license, vehicle insurance, etc.) That's specific. - Qualifications: we have Preferred Qualifications (CPR certification, home care experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, good communication, writing, organizational skills, ability to work flexible hours). That's specific. - Skills: Could be overlapping with Qualifications; but we could treat Skills as the specific skills from preferred qualifications: communication, writing, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, flexible hours. However we already used those in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we put skills under Skills and keep Qualifications for certifications/experience. But we need to preserve all info; we can split. Better: Use Requirements for required qualifications (licensure, driver's license, vehicle). Use Qualifications for preferred qualifications (CPR cert, home care experience). Use Skills for abilities: manage multiple tasks, work independently, communication, writing, organizational skills, flexible hours. But the preferred qualifications list includes those abilities; we could split them. Let's extract: Required Qualifications: - Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice - Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Preferred Qualifications: - Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire - Home care experience - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Able to work independently - Good communication, writing, and organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs Now Skills: we could list the abilities: manage multiple tasks, work independently, communication, writing, organizational skills, flexible hours. But that duplicates preferred qualifications. Perhaps better to put all preferred qualifications under Qualifications, and not have Skills section. But we need to decide if we should include Skills section only if there is specific content not covered elsewhere. Since we already have Qualifications covering those, we could omit Skills. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We might omit Skills. Check if we have content for Benefits: yes. Pay: yes. Schedule: no specific schedule; we have mention of flexible hours but that's under Qualifications. So we omit Schedule. Now we need to format. About the role: combine intro sentences into a paragraph. Responsibilities: list each duty. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: "Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team, following all applicable infection control procedures" "Documents patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements in the electronic medical record utilizing the agency's electronic visit verification program (as applicable)" "Actively participates in the agency's care coordination process including timely reporting patients' needs and changes in condition, attending patient case conference, communicating effectively to the patient, family, physician, other clinicians, agency management staff, and case coordinator, community case managers (as applicable)" "Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client" Note: The last one is more a requirement but appears under responsibilities; we keep as responsibility. Now Benefits: "In addition to your pay, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Also earlier: "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in." That could be part of benefits or about role. We'll include under Benefits: recognition programs, development opportunities. We'll combine. Pay: include the detailed pay description. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:

      $23.63 - $35.45 per visit point

      $28.36 - $42.53 hourly rate

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

We must ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, drug test, etc. We removed those. Check if any content duplicated: We included "Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs" under Qualifications; that's fine. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro about SunCrest Home Health, LHC Group, Optum family, mission statements etc. We included only the first paragraph; we omitted later mission statements about UnitedHealth Group (the EEO part). That's boilerplate; we removed. We also omitted the line "Find a home for your career here. Join us and embrace a culture of Caring. Connecting. Growing together." That's part of intro; we included in About the role. We also omitted "As members of the Optum family of businesses, we are dedicated to helping people feel their best, including our team members who create meaningful connections with patients, their families, each other and the communities we serve." That's part of intro; we should include. Thus About the role paragraph should combine: "Explore opportunities with SunCrest Home Health, a part of LHC Group, a leading post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians and families nationwide. As members of the Optum family of businesses, we are dedicated to helping people feel their best, including our team members who create meaningful connections with patients, their families, each other and the communities we serve. Find a home for your career here. Join us and embrace a culture of Caring. Connecting. Growing together." That's good. Now check if any other substantive content: The line "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in." We included under Benefits as "Performance rewards and clear direction for success, plus development opportunities for other roles". Good. Now ensure we didn't
