Key Responsibilities
- Aid the lead facilitator during in-person sessions (Wednesdays, 2:00 PM, up to 15 participants).
- Manage session space, materials, handouts, supplies, and refreshments.
- Track participant check-in, attendance, and session flow.
- Handle logistical needs and serve as a point of contact for participants.
- Sit in on virtual sessions to maintain continuity and familiarity with the curriculum.
- Administer surveys and support participant tracking and follow-up outreach.
- Contribute to basic data analysis tasks under the direction of the Program Administrator.
- Compile per-round evaluation reports and supporting documentation.
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare session materials, agendas, participant communications, and program deliverables.
- Maintain organized records using SharePoint, shared folders, and program tracking tools.
- Provide surge capacity during high-demand windows, such as round launches and reporting deadlines.
- Contribute to creating a psychologically safe and inclusive environment.
- Flag participant concerns or program delivery issues to relevant parties.
- Support continuous quality improvement by documenting observations and feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, health education, psychology, social work, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Experience supporting group-based health, wellness, or behavioral health programs preferred. Familiarity with program evaluation concepts preferred. Experience within a public health or government-contracted program environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable with diverse populations, proficient in Microsoft 365, reliable, self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive approach to record keeping and program execution.
