About the role

As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

Requirements

• Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream, to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents, briefings, and/or deliverables
• Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (e.g., one‑pagers, “slicksheets”)
• Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy‑in
