Public Area / Lobby Attendant

About the role

The Public Area Attendant position at CIVANA is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our public spaces and offices. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming and mopping floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Completing assigned tasks and identifying and resolving basic issues.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of lobbies, public facilities, and designated office areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/resort or related experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Over 75% of the shift spent walking, crouching, bending, reaching.
• In and out of various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
