Responsibilities
- Carry out investigations on behalf of attorneys and clients.
- Locate and interview clients, witnesses, and prospective witnesses.
- Conduct background searches.
- Serve subpoenas.
- Prepare exhibits and testify in court.
- Search for, preserve, and transmit physical evidence.
- Obtain and review documents.
- Write reports and memorandums.
- Collaborate with the team to develop the defense strategy.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Two years of experience in law enforcement, general investigation, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license required prior to employment.
- Maintain any required licenses, certifications, or credentials for the duration of employment.
Skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits
Probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
Pay
$39,284.88 - $58,927.20 Annually
