PTA PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Afford residents with gait, balance, strength, transfers, and mobility activities
• Carry out individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Communicate resident progress and changes to the supervising PT
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience is a plus
