Responsibilities
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision
- Auxiliary in strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility training
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire PTA license required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Skillful nursing experience is a plus
