Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH $39–$40/hour We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Maple Leaf HealthCare Center. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and overall function. Responsibilities Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervisionAssist with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility trainingMonitor resident response to treatment and communicate progressMaintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license requiredStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsSkilled nursing experience is a plus Flexible PRN schedule Collaborative therapy team Competitive pay Direct Hire.
