About the role
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA looking to provide hands-on care while helping residents improve mobility and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin PTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Pay
$35–$40/hour
