PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by physical therapists.
• With assistance from the physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the physical therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
