PT Warehouse Person

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Load and unload trucks with product or other materials (box trucks, reefers, 53-foot vans).
• Scan and stage orders using a mobile scanning device.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished products and rotate inventory as fresh products arrive.
• Organize new inventory according to best practices; double-stacking is required.
• Use basic computer skills to generate Bill of Ladings and packing slips.
• Keep the warehouse and forklift clean, completing daily OSHA-required inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Well-organized and pays strong attention to detail.
• Can make independent decisions about inventory needs.
• Strong basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but open to enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
• Works on 2nd Shift (Mon, Tue, Thurs and some Saturdays) 4:30pm- 10:00pm.
