Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
- Identify members’ needs and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
- Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.
Requirements
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
- $12.50 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
