Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently processes transactions.
- Accurately and efficiently performs service requests.
- Completes and files regulatory reports as required.
- Responsible for accurate handling and maintaining of all cash/negotiable instruments and end-of-day balancing.
- Processes check deposits through Check 21 solution.
- Cross-sells products and services to members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of MS Office Suite is desired.
- One to two years cash handling and/or customer service experience is required.
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills and mathematical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment; especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions accurately or quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required with clean abstract and vehicle to drive to a branch when scheduled.
