What You Get To Do

• Play a lead role in ensuring positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations while resolving all guest situations.
• Train, coach, and mentor Ambassadors to deliver consistently outstanding performances.
• Interview and hire leadership team members.
• Supervise team members and assistant supervisors while enforcing and complying safety procedures, guidelines, and park policies and procedures.
• Oversee water and first aid send-outs.
• Monitor and control labor budgets as directed by your manager.
• Train and counsel team members and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and administer discipline.
• Ensure compliance of Child Labor Laws with regards to breaks, lunches, and hours worked per day.
• Manage the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all team members complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of team member while supporting and demonstrating exemplary guest service.

• Flexibility to perform varied duties.

What Else Is Important

• At least 18 years of age.
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pursuit of college degree preferred.
