Essential Job Functions
- Perform all facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services
- Stock supplies and maintain cleanliness of department
- Complete daily paperwork as needed
- Promote the Spa and Fitness Center
- Offer, Promote, and Recommend products for customers to use at home and future treatments
- Supportive Functions: Assist with other tasks as directed
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
- Arizona State Board Cosmetology License
Qualification Standards
- Experience: Guest Service and previous experience at a Resort or Day Spa preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Performance Standards
- Customer Satisfaction: Positive interaction with Crescent staff
- Work Habits: Adaptable to change, willing to learn new skills, solve routine problems, and report safety concerns
