PT Security Officer Driver Visitor Check In

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access procedures and front desk protocols at an industrial location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Answer phones, greet arrivals, manage visitor check-in and/or sign-in records, and direct guests to the appropriate contact or department.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining logs, documenting unusual activity, and following emergency response procedures when appropriate.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
