Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Monitor front desk activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through courteous screening and access control practices.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related procedures and reporting unusual activity promptly.

Requirements

• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

DayTime: Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
