About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Check In in Hollister, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. You will monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor and vendor records in accordance with residential community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
• Document incidents, observations, and access-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and designated site representatives.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Sunday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
